In my therapeutic work, I integrate words and body – thinking, feeling, sensing.
I support people in rediscovering themselves: with more compassion, self-awareness, and inner stability.
My approach is relational and body-oriented, grounded in solid methods and guided by intuition.
I work with elements from cognitive-behavioral therapy, body psychotherapy, systemic therapy, mindfulness, and hypnosystemic approaches.
Change doesn’t require perfection – but presence, acceptance, and the courage to grow.
