Sexualtherapy in Berlin
Sexuality is both deeply personal and universally human.
It touches not only the body, but also the psyche, our self-image, our relationships, and our life history.
When difficulties, pain, or inner blockages arise in this sensitive area, the effects can be far-reaching – influencing our well-being, our partnerships, and our sense of aliveness.
In my practice, I offer a protected, non-judgmental space in which you can gently turn toward your sexual concerns.
Possible issues:
– Low sexual desire – when desire is lacking or experienced very differently
– Pain during intercourse (e.g. dyspareunia or vaginismus)
– Difficulties with orgasm – in women or men
– Feeling “cut off” from your sexuality, or experiencing it as foreign or numb
– Sexuality that is linked to shame, fear, or painful experiences
– Erectile difficulties or a sense of failure
– Premature ejaculation or the wish for better self-regulation
– Overthinking during sex, performance pressure, or internal blockages
I work with an integrative, body-oriented, and resource-focused approach.
This means that, alongside therapeutic conversation, we may also include body awareness, breath, inner imagery, and mindful sensing – depending on your needs.
Because sexuality is not only cognitive – it requires contact, safety, embodiment, and sometimes entirely new experiences.
Whether you come alone or as a couple – in my practice, you will find a safe and supportive space to explore and transform your sexuality.
